Opening Times

Train times are daily and midweek from the 1st to the 23rd December, times are 5pm, 6pm and 7pm.
Weekends including 26th and 27th November and December weekends we will be adding at 4pm

Extra Times will be added closer to Christmas. There is no Santa train on Christmas Eve as Santa will have departed to start his travels!

·         Your printed eticket

·          Arrive 40 minutes before your train departure

·         Appropriate attire  (this is both an indoor and outdoor event)

Santa Visit

The Santa Event will be approximately 1.30 hrs. Your time will be stated on your ticket. Please arrive at least 40 mins before this time. Please allow sufficient time for unforeseen delays (e.g. weather, traffic delays etc.) Don’t forget to allow time afterwards for your children and yourselves if you wish to visit the hotel.
