The following Purchase Policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process for Amber Springs Hotel Santa Experience tickets. The following are the rules or “Terms and Conditions” that govern use of the Amber Springs Hotel Santa Experience website.
By using or visiting this website (hereinafter “Site”), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing this web site. Amber Springs Hotel, hereinafter “Amber Springs Hotel” and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “Amber Springs Hotel”) reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on this web site. Amber Springs Hotel’s Purchase Policy:
When you pay for your ticket booking online by laser, credit or debit card, you will automatically receive an email by return to the email address you entered. It is therefore important that you enter your email address correctly. NOTE The email may take up to 15 minutes to arrive in your inbox so please be patient! Also emails can go into your spam, clutter, promotional or junk folders, please check all.
- Your confirmation email is your ticket/proof of purchase, please bring it with you on the day of your Santa Visit.
- Admittance will not be permitted without the confirmation of booking.
- When you arrive at Amber Springs Hotel, present your printed Ticket at the Santa Experience Check-in up to 10 minutes before your Santa experience is due to start and you will receive your Passes in.
- Keep your printed Ticket and Passes with you at all times as you may be asked for them during your Santa event.
Please remember, all purchases are subject to laser/debit/credit card authorisation and billing address verification, which may take place after initial confirmation has been given. Tickets purchased on the Amber Springs Hotel website may be subject to a non-refundable laser/debit/credit card charge.
It is advised that you collect your admittance Passes a minimum of 10 minutes in advance of your chosen Santa event time. Regrettably Tickets and Passes cannot be posted out.
If your chosen Santa event time is cancelled or rescheduled by Amber Springs Hotel, we will endeavour to contact you either by phone, e-mail or letter with the contact details you provided at the time of booking.
Therefore it is very important that you give contact numbers when you are booking your tickets.
Occasionally, additional Tickets may be available prior to or during the Santa experience events, however the availability and timing of these additional tickets may be outside the control of Amber Springs Hotel.
For queries about a purchase you have made, please email email@example.com , quoting the Ticket reference number printed on your emailed paid Ticket.
If you have purchased a ticket you are not entitled to cancel or transfer your purchase unless it is within 48 hours of purchase date. You are also not entitled to cancel any “Excluded Upsell”, such as an Upsell which includes travel, accommodation, catering, transport or leisure services.
TICKETS ARE NONREFUNDABLE:
Like most event ticket providers tickets are non refundable – we URGE you to check your dates, and number of people travelling BEFORE you process as we cannot change train deails.
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable.
However, in RARE circumstances we can if there is a strong, valid reason, please note there is a handling fee of €20 per booking to do this.
For safety reasons, children must be supervised and under the control of responsible adults at all times. Unaccompanied minors under 16 years will not be allowed to participate in Amber Springs Hotel’s Santa Experience. It is the responsibility of the adult in charge to supervise the children in their care at all times and to establish if the gifts received during the event are age appropriate regarding small parts and allergies etc.
Passengers with Wheelchair requirements
Passengers who require the use of a wheelchair for their Santa Experience event must provide a suitable wheelchair themselves, which is compliant with all appropriate health and safety standards. They should notify Amber Springs Hotel at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephoning 053 948 400 to request additional support if needed at least 48 hours prior to your Santa Experience.
Ticket Terms and Conditions:
Amber Springs Hotel makes no guarantee of any specific result from use of this Web site or use of Amber Springs Hotel’s service. The responsibility of supervising children partaking in the event lies with the adult in charge.
Santa Train Experience and Amber Springs Hotel logos as well as the Amber Springs Hotel designs found on this web site are registered trademarks of Amber Springs Hotel. Amber Springs Hotel’s trademarks may be used only with the written permission of Amber Springs Hotel.
You agree to indemnify and hold Amber Springs Hotel, affiliates, officers, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this web site, including also your use of the Web site to provide a link to another web site or to upload content or other information to the Web site.

- Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of Amber Springs Hotel.
- Passes can only be collected from Amber Springs Hotel’s Santa Experience Check In. They will only be issued on presenting printed proof of the Paid Ticket you received at time of booking.
- Please check your Tickets and Passes carefully when received, as mistakes can only be rectified at time of issue. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the date and time on the Tickets.
- Amber Springs Hotel’s Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
- Every effort to admit latecomers will be made, but admission will not be possible under any circumstances after your ticket start time. The Train must leave on time.
- WE REGRET THAT TICKETS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED, REFUNDED OR CANCELLED AFTER YOU PURCHASE THEM unless you purchased the Cancellation option when booking your tickets. See above.
- Tickets are sold subject to the Amber Springs Hotel’s Management right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange Tickets.
- Amber Springs Hotel operates a no smoking, drinking alcohol and prohibits the taking non prescription drugs Policy.
- The unauthorised use of photographic equipment to record children other than those under your own guardianship is strictly prohibited. Video cameras or any type of recording equipment is prohibited on the event.
- Amber Springs Hotel does not accept responsibility for the personal property of its visitors.
- Amber Springs Hotel advises that all participants are appropriately dressed as this is an outdoor event.
