The ticket will include access to the full experience along with receiving sweets and treats such as, Hot Chocolate, Mulled Wine, Brownies, Tea and Coffee, Candy Canes, Marshmallows, Reindeer Food, A gift from Santa for all the Children and more!

Babies between the age 0-12 months will go complimentary on our Experience. Therefore, babies will not require a ticket.

Yes, we do not change travel, date or times except in exceptional circumstances. Should you wish to transfer your tickets to another date, we would charge a handling fee of €20 per booking.

There are a myriad of things to do at the Amber Springs Hotel. From our Amber Park with go-karts and mini golf to playground and pet farm.

We also have wonderful bar food available in throughout the hotel in any of our dining areas including FARINA, our Italian Garden Restaurant, BBG our bar and grill, Coffee Dock situated in the lobby.

All beef and lots of the pesticide free herbs, salads and vegetables come from our own Redmond Farm just minutes away from the hotel.

There is parking at the Amber Springs Hotel but there will also be a number of guests staying at the property also.

There are over 250 car spaces, 4 disabled spaces and parking for coaches. The car park stays open 24 hours.

Situated on the Sunny South east Coast, the Amber Springs enjoys the enviable advantage of being the most centrally located hotel in Gorey Ireland, only walking distance from both the town centre and railway station. 50 minutes from Dublin off the M50 30 minutes from Wexford Town.

The Amber Springs Hotel is beside Gorey Train station, just off the N11 at exit 23 and on all national bus routes.

No sorry, the extra space on the train will be reserved for characters only. You will be able to use your child’s buggy within the hotel and surrounds, up until your Christmas experience starts.

We cannot accept responsibility for any personal property left in its premises so we advise you leave your buggy back in your car.

Yes we have room for wheelchairs on the train but we can also accommodate further wheelchairs by folding and bringing down to the Sants Village where they can be unloaded. It is partly an outdoor event and the terrain is uneven, we would ask you to bear this in mind.

When you have made your booking we would ask you to contact us and let us know you will be coming so we can be ready to accommodate you without any fuss.

There will be loud Christmas themed music played throughout the different areas of the experience.

The event is both an indoor and outdoor event, so please dress appropriately for our unpredictable Irish weather!
